DTI Tractography (FSL)

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) pipeline using FSL's FDT (FMRIB's Diffusion Toolbox). Computes FA, MD, RD, and AD scalar maps, performs eddy-current and motion correction, and generates probabilistic whole-brain tractography. Outputs are registered to MNI152 standard space for group comparison.
